Was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to order a replacement glass for an oval antique picture frame. I wasn’t sure how to measure an oval piece of glass, but after a quick call to Victorian Frame Company, I not only was told how to measure it, but also they took my order directly over the phone and had it delivered to my home in less than a week. Very pleased with the assistance received and the convex glass we received.

This was exactly the right size for our old oval picture frame. It came carefully packed and looks great.

This is a reputable company. I first ordered the incorrect size oval convex glass. It arrived so well packed that I could easily return it in the original packaging. The replacement was sent promptly and my payment for the first glass was quickly refunded. Be careful when measuring. I measured the front and SHOULD have measured the back.

I am so relieved to have found a convex glass to fit my great grandmothers wedding picture. The frame fell from the wall while dusting and the original glass shattered. I ACCIDENTALLY CRACKED THE CONVEX OVAL GLASS IN A 101 YEAR OLD FRAMED PICTURE OF MY GRANDFATHER WHEN HE WAS IN THE SERVICE IN 1918. I SIMPLY SAT ON THE FLOOR AND CRIED! THEN AFTER NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TRYING TO REPLACE THE GLASS, I FOUND THE VICTORIAN FRAME COMPANY. I WAS AFRAID I WOULD ORDER THE WRONG SIZE, SO I CALLED THEM. I SPOKE WITH MISS SHERRY, WHO WAS VERY HELPFUL AND NICE. SHE SUGGESTED I SEND A TEMPLATE IF POSSIBLE, WHICH I DID. SHE CALLED ME TO INFORM ME THAT THEY HAD THE SIZE I NEEDED IN STOCK AND WE SHARED PAYMENT AND SHIPPING INFORMATION. WHEN THE GLASS ARRIVED, I WAS SO EXCITED. IT WAS PERFECT AND THE PACKAGING WAS VERY EFFECTIVE. I TOOK THE GLASS, THE PICTURE, AND THE ORIGINAL FRAME TO A FRAMER AND HE COULDN'T BELIEVE I WAS ABLE TO FIND A REPLACEMENT GLASS! HE DID A GREAT JOB PUTTING IT BACK TOGETHER AND NOW GRANDPA IS FINALLY BACK ON MY WALL WHERE HE DESERVES TO BE RECOGNIZED DAILY!!!
